New AM station
Billings, Montana: 1530kHz: Permit granted for new station. 50,000 watts daytime 750 watts nighttime 10,000 watts critical hours (two hours beginning at sunrise, and two hours ending at sunset)
Directional nighttime and critical hours. (the NRC would call this "U6")
