Recent FCC items

Five AM stations failed to file renewals on time.  If they get around to filing before June 1st it is likely they will be renewed, although possibly being fined.  It is not a coincidence that the expiring stations are in Mississippi and bordering states.  All stations in the same state expire on the same date, as do all stations in several bordering states.

WORV-1580 has an application on file to transfer the license to a new owner.
