Move granted.

Eagle River, Alaska: KVNT 1020:
Granted STA to operate at 40% power pending transmitter repair.

Little Rock, Arkansas: KAAY 1090:
Granted STA for 12.5kw non-directional at night.  (daytime 50kw remains unchanged)  Reason not specified but I've seen photos of a collapsed tower.

Agana, Guam: KUAM 630:
OFF May 1st for economic reasons.

Watseka, Illinois: WIBK 1360:
Granted STA for unspecified reduced power while a studio-transmitter link antenna is installed.

Fort Wayne, Indiana: WIOE 1450:
Granted STA to operate in full-digital mode.  Will simulcast in analog on W282CH-104.3.

Wichita, Kansas: KNSS 1330:
Requests STA to operate at unspecified reduced power in non-directional mode.  Lightning damaged antenna tuning unit.

Port Allen, Louisiana; WXOK 1460:
Granted site change to 30-27-38/91-14-37 and slight power change to 4,000/280 non-directional.  To move approximately 2km to share KBRH-1260's tower.
Site changed.

Faribault, Minnesota: KDHL 920:
Granted STA for 1,250 watts day & night non-directional for unspecified technical reasons.

Brockport, New York: WRSB 1600:
Granted frequency change from 1590 and power reduction to 300/5 non-directional.

Niagara Falls, New York: WJJL 1440:
Granted correction of coordinates to 43-04-52/79-00-59.

Guymon, Oklahoma: KGYN 1210:
Granted daytime power increase to 22kw.  Nighttime remains 10kw.

Sperry, Oklahoma: KMUS 1380:
STA to be off-air dismissed.  Presumably station was able to return to the air sooner than expected.

Prosser, Washington: KZXR 1310:
OFF April 23rd, economic reasons.
