Requests STA to operate non-directionally at reduced power of 1kw.  Literally told the FCC "WXBN has suffered from backhoe fade".  You can probably guess what that means, but this is the first time I've seen the term used in a formal filing.

Bedford, Pennsylvania: WBFD 1310:
Requests daytime power reduction from 2,500 watts to 1,000.

Bedford, Pennsylvania: WRAX 1600:
Requests daytime power reduction from 5,000 watts to 1,000; nighttime reduction from 28 watts to 18; and relocation to the WBFD-1310 tower.

Ashland City, Tennessee: WNTC 790:
